Finger nails

P is attacking my fingernails and toe nails! Help! What do you do? I'm starting to freak out. It's painful and ugly! Help!

Try Neem oil and eating a small handfull of pumpkin seeds every day

Firstly, calm down, stress willmake them worse.  Are you seeing a dermatologist ? He should be able to give you a cream. I dont use anything on my nails so unfortunately cannot advise on what's best.

Ah the fingernails ... i find this the most puzzling aspect of P.  Mine can be dreadful when my skin is fine or perfect when my skin is awful.  I do find that keeping my hands adequately moisturised is also helpful (I keep some on my desk, in my handbag, in the kitchen ... basically dotted around everywhere I might be ... I like neutrogena )

I do find that making sure that I take the Barney's formula with Vitamin D helps to manage them ... but sometimes I just get frustrated and slap some nail varnish on them to hide the problem.  Not a long term solution unfortunately and I'm pretty sure doesn't make it any better.
