My story in short and then my objective.
My story: I had psoriasis at age of 35 did the routine of dermatologists and creams, I was in good health and average weight.
When it struck my face, I freaked out, It encouraged me for a challenge.
I did an independent research [not academic nor scientific] I came to conclusion based on many articles scattered around the internet. The claim was: since Psoriasis is an auto-Immune disease, it is controllable (I can't use the word "curable").
How? By eating real foods specifically that are good for the body nutrition.
The next step was to find out which foods are essential to the body and which ones are not, so on to a nutrition journey I went.
One discovery was, any food that does not contribute to the body needs, is indeed toxin in the way the body deals with it.
Toxins & Stress We need to lessen the burden of the body fighting/cleaning toxins and access, eating what we eat gives the body more work. When the body will be free -so to speak, it will have more time to fix and repair. The next step will be giving the body exactly what it needs, without access.
Action, Eat very specific foods carefully chosen, mostly raw or/and some steamed. + some supplements such as healthy oils. (no man made foods or products).
doing so will give the body the right energy & ability to cleanse and repair itself.
Obviously, good intake of water, exercise, bowl movement symptoms follow, cooking-to its minimal as it kills enzymes, organic when possible, some herbs in tea format, chewing well for good digestion.
I am free of Psoriasis for three years, I eat everything now same as what I ate before I had psoriasis.
Objective
Psoriasis made headlines again recently because of some celebrity. It bothers me to see what the conventional media and academics write about Psoriasis. It is sad to see, how so many people lost hope.
I don't have academic study or proof(besides myself) I don't have a clinic and I am not a doctor. the only way to make a breakthrough is if people try it out with the full authentic follow threw diet.
Is anybody sincere and willing to give up on some, "come n go" food pleasures? Does anyone really want to heal? even if its free? or maybe just because its free nobody believes.
All the foods that I suggest are transparent such as broccoli kale or beans, for example. It may take longer for one person compared to another. I also understand the claim that "what worked for me doesn't mean it will work for others" - its a claim slash excuse. To prove your claim you sincerely goto try. Even if there is the slightest chance it will work, it will be priceless. There are many factors that differentiate the cases, but I fully believe and know it will help many of you.
anybody serious/sincere, drop me a message.
