Food hospital

Did anyone see the food hospital on channel 4 tonight I caught some of it and there was a section on P You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login these saw great results from it I've set the programme to record on 4+1 and will watch it all tomorrow to see what they used in more detail

They didn't really say very much.  No pizzas, cake, biscuits, excess sugar. Eat more oily fish and take fish supplements (but only if your GP says it's ok to do so). I think they crammed too many conditions into this one hour programme.  Having said that, the section on psoriasis on the website is actually really quite good

i dont eat any of that stuff and have tons of fruit and veg use the spices they say in my cooking anyway , the only thing i dont do is the fish oil bit so maybe ill try that but i dont hold out much hope its hard to believe that change in the little boy was just down to that  :-\

quite frankly I thought it was a load of old tosh.  No real evidence, no controlled double blind medical studies, just conjecture, coincidence and supposition.

after 17 years of P and 10 of PA  I have tried most of what they put forward and it makes no difference whatsoever.
