So kimberley, you watched the Food Hospital programme a couple of weeks ago about p and your p has cleared ? That quickly ?

Eve asked you where you got the Food Hospital diet from. Did you buy the book ?

Please answer the questions with a straight answer  :)

before and after pics would be useful to so we can see this change :)

and remember you are but one person, in order for this to be proven not to just be a coincidental remission it would have to be replicated under controlled conditions.

Also are you taking anything else for p or using any other lotions and potions ? What moisturisers and shower gels so you use ? . The only thing I don't do is take supplements . But surely your skin hasn't cleared up this quickly as even when on medications it can take around 8 weeks you only normally just start to notice something happening after 2 or 3

Next time, bung it in blender with a handful of spinach and a couple of small bananas - tastes creamy and fantastic..aka  a green smoothie ;)
I try and take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once.

I can understand how a bit of mould and putrefication could improve the flavour of an avocado, yes...
