Hi im regular 28 days to the dot.
This only changes when ive had fertility treatment which can make your cycle irregular for a while.
Ive had inflammed hot p sometimes and fairly light coloured p when it calms down for bit. Dont know if that helps.
I was wondering if there was a link between infertility and p?

I do not use oral contraceptives (haven't for about 5 years) as I could never find one that quite worked for me. 

Psoriasis has been getting worse as time goes one (10years now).  It's a bit drier and more inflammed just before and during my period and then calms down a bit.
