Ive been drinking the Aloe Vera juice for a while...bit harsh at first but you get used to the taste no difference to the P but makes you feel good and my nails look fab  :)

Sue, try adding it to juice, cant taste it as much then.  ;)

I had aloe vera gel frsshly squeezed from the plant massaged into my leg for me last night........excellent stuff......I'm off to buy a plant myself tomorrow!!! ;)
