Biocare, solgar and quest all do good probiotics
but 1) they are very expensive in comaprison 2) with the seven seas brand you get a good multi vitamin and a good multi mineral aswell all in one capsuale.

yes it is the right name. you can get them at boots and superdrug now i believe.

regarding omega 3,6,9 they are essential oils and have nothing to do with probiotics so youc an take the two together very easily. In fact they will work in tandem really quite well.

if you find that you still suffer from anxiety then agood B complex vitamin will help calm your nerves. Going on my infeciton theory it has been shownthat a lot of bacteria eats up your b vitamin supply so replenishing it is a good idea.

Thanks mate ill give it  a shot, im up for anything!!

hmmm, this is interesting as my p started around the same time as a course of antibiotics I was given for a tooth infection and also caused a bout of IBS - suffice to say I don't go to that dentist any more!

I'm a bit sceptical that one Multibionta tablet a day is going to supply enough vitamins, minerals, and friendly bacteria as Patrick Holford (a nutritionist) recomends taking these:

which is 6 tablets per day not including any bacteria.

All the herbalists/nutritionists/witch doctors I've been to over the years recomend these:

as well which both have to be kept in the fridge to keep them alive.

Then again I have been known to be wrong!
