......... are you sure that essene sprouted wheat bread is gluten free
Not totally gluten free, since it is still made from wheat.
I think Sprouted Wheat Bread would have lower gluten content, than typical highly processed shop brought bread. But don't quote me on that.
I can eat sprouted wheat bread with no problems, but often get tummy ache from typical highly processed wheat bread.
There are many types of Sprouted Bread available, so you just need to find one what is made with something else other than wheat. Or find one that advertises itself as gluten-free. The key is to experiment and find a taste and texture that suits you. Some sprouted breads are vile, some taste fantastic. I really like a date & walnut one.

I have never brought from the shop link I supplied above, so I cannot vouch for them. I only gave the link so Dev could see the variety of sprouted bread available. There are even more around, the above site only has a limited selection. However, their Hemp bread looks absolutely delicious and hemp is exceptionally good for clearing skin disorders. Hemp is gluten-free and you can make your own organic hemp bread easily at home. Again, just adding variety to the mix here.
