I'm on about 6 weeks now. one leg applied ontop of moisturisor and one leg neat (yes, I had to try it)

No difference in either leg and not noticing any improvement in Psoriasis.

Will post an update photo of my legs soon  :)

It's been two and a half weeks for me now and I think I'm about to give up.  Been a very stressful week and elbow is getting worse, patch getting bigger and itching quite a bit.

I've been on it about two months and it's been good.  Overall the stubborn plaques on my feet have thinned and softened nicely.  I think what helps is for you to first moisten (slightly) your skin prior to applying glycerin, then wait a few minutes, blot off the excess, then rub in petroleum jelly (Vaseline).  The petroleum jello acts as a sealant.  I do this when I apply glycerin before bed, not when I apply glycerin during the day (..because petroleum jelly is a bit messy).

And so I give a thumbs up to glycerin.  It is helpful, but in my opinion it should be viewed only as complementary to some other treatment (conventional meds, diet/supplements).

I think I may carry on using it at night but apply very little Dovobet in the morning.  What is the best way to use Dovobet to avoid flare ups when you stop? My doctor always told me to just use it for a month twice a day and then stop for a month to avoid getting used to it as then it wouldn't help anymore.  After reading about steroids on here it seems that's not a good idea after all.

I'm pretty much in the same boat as Lazza.  I've been using it for 7 and half weeks on my legs (I started applying to arms and torso weeks after).  While I haven't achieved clearing, the lesions definitely got thinner, lighter, and better in appearance.

I have had some of the small spots on my arms clear up.  Those spots were newer spots.  It seems the older the spot, the more stubborn it is.  The only thing I can preach is patience.

I agree with Lazza that putting glycerin on after applying water and finishing up with vaseline is effective.  I do it to all the spots I've been putting it on after a shower and only some areas when I wake up in the morning (I wet the skin from the sink).  I have seen quicker improvements in those areas.
