Hemp Oil (discontinuation)

Knowing the b u g g e r s at BS have discontinued the Hemp Scalp Oil line, I happened upon a BS Depot at Ashford Outlet Centre last weekend.

These shops stock all the old stuff and they sell it off half price or less.

I couldn't find any Hemp Oil and asked...they sold me a box of 6 that were under the counter for 2 quid each!

I also remarked upon it for P people and the woman said 'write letters'...

So 1. if you have a BS Depot near you go in and ask and buy bulk!

2. Write a letter complaining about the fact they have discontinued a line which is HUGELY beneficial to scalp P sufferers....(this is of course what a few people have done already). I have done it too.

This is so typical, you just find a product you like, and that works, you tell all the peeps about it and they discontinue it!!!

I've posted somewhere else but I wrote to them when they discontinued an Aloe Vera moisturiser, and others must have too as it was eventually brought back - people power can work with them!!!!

ihave p scalp. how welldoes the oil work?

I found it great. I had really bad scalp P this time last year and was told by my derm to use olive oil at first. Big mistake, I looked like a chip pan!

I saw BS did a scalp oil and bought it. I liked it because it had a nozzle and therefore easy to apply (unlike the olive oil!!!).

I put it on for at least 3 hours, 3 times a week. I lifted the P and combed it out and then washed as normal.

After a month all the P had gone. Just like that!

I have a few bits coming back, so I am zapping them again. It is already doing a fine job and it's a bit better than it was last week. I should think it'll be gone in a few weeks at this rate.

I have no idea why it works for me. It just does and I am grateful because the 3 or 4 months I suffered early last year were miserable. I would pick my scalp until it bled and I think I thinned my hair off because I was picking large chunks out with hair attached!

It works for me.

An old derm once prescribed arachis oil to lift the scales. Worked a treat but its terrible to get out! (not suitable for those with a nut allergy)

I emailed the body shop and they said that there is still some at their distribution outlets. If you call they will post it to you. I've just rang York and they said they had loads.
