The Rosacea on her face btw looked just like facial p. I wonder how many people may think the redness on their face, esp cheeks & chin areas, is p whereas it could be rosacea. Her diet regime cleared it up completely

Well done Chris.  The potassium content of bananas is one of the great misnomers out there.  They do have potassium, but are by no means the only or best source.  

Very good list on the foods.  This is one of the pillars of dealing with Psoriasis.  The only thing I would add is lemons and limes are both alkaline forming, not acidic.

Didn't realise that there were so many foods with high levels of potassium other than bananas, thanks, as ever, Chris.
Although, I eat nuts & currents & sultanas, so I'm not doing too bad!  :D

Have you ever heard of the Pagano/Cayce diet?
Look into it, it is pretty good, It is extreme but has some effects.
