... asthma ( other lung problems - shortness of breath etc ) , hyper/hypo pigmentation
along with metabolic problems ( metabolic syndrome ) and low  serum glucose ( or already diabetes II ) ?
Lung problems/disease ( if any ) could had happened years before P outbreak ...
additional sign for blood pressure problems may be low urination during day ...


Do You have such a symptoms ?

or maybe your mother smoked when pregnant, parents smoked when you were child, or you smoked ?
Overused alkohol as a teenager having hipertension in the same time ?
Or maybe you are very sensitive person and stress induce P flares ?
Psoriasis lesions are worsened in the morning ?
Sweets and sugar worsen lesions ?
Heavy workout worsen them also ?
Pizzas , proteins, carbohydrates also ?

Poor digestion ?
Weak muscles and low endurance ?

Topical apple cider vinegar helps ?

Your legs are worsen then the rest ?
Fruits worsen your Psoriasis ?

Feel tired ?

Contact skin allergies ? ( cosmetics, perfumes etc )
Pimples ?
Gluten free diet helps but you checked your gluten allergy and it is negative ?
white bread worsen P ?
High uric acid in blood ? ( not everyone )
Obesity ?
Dead sea theraphy helps ?

Omega 3 helps ?
Vit D , peppermint help ?
Retinoids helps also ?
High doses of garlic, neem, flax, olive oils helps ?

Any of these sound familiar ?

And what type of P do you have ?
Did P start on the scalp ?
Any other diseases before P ?
