Hi Andrew

I did forget to add however. i used to have a white "furry" tongue every morning. it used to give me bad breath. the only time it stopped being white was when i was healed in india by siddha med. my doc told me that was one of the biggest signs of salt causing harm to the body.

when my P started creeping back, my tongue started getting white again. 2 days after starting IBT my tongue was bright Pink again, although unlike the siddha med, my P got worse.

Hoping for discrete photographs only please.

Glad you found us and glad youve taken some photographs for us. Thank you for deciding to test this theory. If you can provide us with some diary input also it will help people to recognise patterns developing among people trying I.B.T. Anything you notice different about sleeping inclined and waking is worth mentioning, good or bad.

How have you determined your P is getting worse? Has it changed from being dry and flakey by reddening and becoming inflamed? Think hard about this Muz I am trying to identify what is happening to your skin, thinking it might be an increase in circulation that is changing the psoriasis, but only you can determine what is happening.

Interesting re: Tongue, has anyone else noticed a change in mouth and tongue?

My P rapidly increased by more eruptions of P in places that they werent before. it was due to eating a very bad diet for a 1 month. i am now on a good diet and my P has started to calm down. - less flaking, and less raised

Love the British sense of humour, it's what keeps us sain amid the huge taxes and big brother watching us we need to be able to smile in the face of dispair from time to time. ;D

Hi guys, just thought id give you a quick update on things.  Ive been trying the I.B.T for just over a week now and haven't seen any changes as yet. My P has been fairly settled for about two years now and i am quite used to the odd small change here and there (fading plaques and scales etc). The end result is that my P ends up pretty much the same all the time no matter what i put my body through (diet :P, weather 8), stress :-\ etc). Its still early days and i will keep making notes on the condition of my P until i feel the trail is no longer working for me.

On a good note the I.B.T. seems to have improved some old aches and pains Ive had for a while and also the quality of my sleep. Not sure if this will last but time Will tell. So unless anything changes for the worse i see no reason to change back to level snoring oops,i mean level sleeping  ;).

Will keep in touch nick

Hi Nick,

I adore my raised bed now,  and can also attest to much better sleep and much brighter head in the mornings... and Husband's sinus seems to be a thing of distant memory...skin ok... but no huge changes.. just less flaking..
