Sorry guys been away for so long.

Just follow the recommendation on the bottle.

I USE 2 BEFORE BREAKFAST, 2 AT LUNCH AND 2 BEFORE DINNER OF EACH OF THE TABLETS.

Aloe vera juice in the morning.

Im still on these and still working great...im almost clear...best winter i have had so far..touch wood!!!!

Guys have a look at neem oil....its good to use before bed time.
Go to google and type in bioforce and then click on the neem products...great stuff. i use the oil and neem shampoo.

Good lucjk and keep me updated to all your progress.

This sounds promising. I might give it a bash after the new year. Did you experience any side effects? Just to clarify then, you took the following:

Neem & Sarsaparilla x 3
Triphala - bowel tonic x 3
ALOE VERA juice - ??

Is that correct?

P.S Stewart_h thought adding CURCUMIN 98 to this lot might provide an even more potent combination. There is one with an added ingrediant called piperine which improves absorbtion however I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not when taking other supplements. Perhaps someone else could shed some light on that.
