Lactulose

Hi all

Posted here as this item is just sugar really.

My GP has prescribed me Lactulose for a unrelated issue, I was wandering if anyone has had this.
Its meant to help you in the toilet department.

I had some last night and it is extremely sugary, a bit worried about taking it as i hardly eat sugar
and do not want it to cause a flare up.
