With the fear of methotrexate on the horizon   my partner has devised me a hypnosis CD and relaxing meditation cd.

Worth a try it certainly helps me to relax which helps with the p will let you know how i get on but looking good so far as im a lot less red and less flaky.  am also going on low alkaline now tooooooooooo
