metal intoxication and chelation

Hi everyone.
I wonder if anybody knows of a correlation between intoxication by heavy metals and Psoriasis/Psoriatic Arthritis.

I write from Canada, but I am Italian and back home there is a lot of talking about a guy who got rid of all symptoms of Multiple sclerosis after finding out he was highly intoxicated by Aluminum and undergoing the Chelation Therapy.

My wife is affected by Psoriatic Arthritis and she will start the Chelation in a couple months.
