Milk Thistle - cant believe the improvment!!!!!
« on: July 28, 2006, 10:14:10 AM »
My b/f P was getting worse the last few months.  It was quite bad on his legs.  We went on the net 2gether and looked up milk thisle.  He started taking it in liquid form with a glass of water every day.  We honestly cannot believe how much this has improved his P.  What was red and sore looking before is now so faint in color you would never even notice unless you examend him.  His arms are no longer dry and sore looking. Over the last month his P has nearly vanished.

I know alot of you out there have prob already tried this but just wanted to post anyway as it maybe be able t o help someone.

We think the liquid is better to take with a glass of water than the capsuals.  But if we are away for thE weekend he will take the capsuals.  If you have not tried it i would say give it a go as it has helped wonders for him.  the taste is not great but if it works it is worth it eh.  He buys his from Holland and Barret.

Well he gets his from Holland and Barrett.  The bottles lid has a little tube attached to it which sucks up the Milk Thistle and it tell you how much to take daily.  Sorry does this make sense??? Cant remember the name of those lids. xxx :)

Thats great news, If he is responding to Milk Thistle then Dandelion would also be a great Liver cleanser that would  work in conjunction with the milk thistle :)
