Moo Goo, my scalp and my success!
« on: February 06, 2012, 10:44:33 PM »
Hi all,

Have been suffering from guttate psoriasis for the last 7 years. Get it here, there ad everywhere but has always been on my scalp and has always been worse there than anywhere else. Got the Moo Goo Shampoo and Conditioner ad within 2 weeks (no joke) it was GONE! and has stayed away since.

Their creams, i must admit, do nothing for me whatsoever but i could not recommend the shampoo and conditioner more!!

yeah tried it last year but possibly not for long enough, maybe a month or so. started using m-folia shampoo and scalp oil again which i didnt finish. itch is better but still big red patches on back of my head. Advantage of head and shoulders is its cheap not like this m-folia stuff which isnt. My mums hair dresser recommended selsun shampoo so will try this next....... the search continuess!

I got some MooGoo Full Cream delivered this week - can't remember where I read about it, may have been on here.

Really great cream, I must say - I was an instant convert.  My skin didn't itch or flake all day.

They sent a sample of MSM cream in the package, so I'm trying that today.  Not such a thick cream as the other, but the MSM (which is sulphur??) is supposed to be anti-inflammatory.

I find that Avon's Anti-Dandruff shampoo   containing tea tree and mint works wonders.  My scalp is still a tiny bit fllaky, but the itch has gone completely. Bonus - it's not expensive. And, NO, I'm not an Avon Lady!
