My alternative attack on p

Hi All

I have not been around for a while but just thought id touch base and let you know what i have done since last time i was here.

I have been slowly weening myself off yeast and wheat foods like bread and pastas and have found a hugew benifit to energy, realy.. a big difference.  My stomack has stopped bloating and i feel great.
I have been eating great amounts of fruit and veg but also enjoying some foods that i have always liked. Sugar is also on the way out, much to my own happiness.

I am taking a yakault pro biotic and also alovera drink to help my digestion system which is great now. the aloe vera is amazing. its bio-active and is ment to be great for everything and i recomend it to everyone. it makes a big difference in the way my body feels.

I am starting a course of slippery elm and psilliam husk mixed tea to see if it benifits my digestion and cleans me out.

I feel great and look great or so says every one i meet.

I will let you know if the slippery elm does anything for me.

I heard that yakult pro biotic was great.
You have great stamina to do all that. Good luck with it all.

everyone keeps writing how they have more energy now they have stopped eating wheat and sugar products and stuff.... (basically the anti-candida diet)

i think it must only be me then that hasnt noticed this new found energy levels!

anyway good luck and keep us posted.
