My friend from india wants to cure my p
« on: May 03, 2004, 03:14:15 PM »
I think this is going to be an interesting topic for the alternatives board:

As it's getting summer now (finally here too ::)) I wear more short sleeves and my p starts to be no secret anymore ;D

This weekend a friend from india (who's also a medical doctor, but into all sorts of alternative stuff ... tried to read my future from my hand recently... made the mistake of trying to include my present and was sooooo wrong ::)) noticed my p.
He said his uncle used to have p and was cured by some indian traditional treatment (I thinkinvolving aryuveda ???). He aknowledges the fact that to western medicine there is no known cure to p but still thinks it works.
As an educated p sufferer first warning light went up at the word cure and I asked for the price.
He said as his brother can bring the stuff with him from india probably less than one euro ;D (don't smell scamming there ;))

So if he actually manages to get the stuff (whatever that will be, I did not quite get it) over here, I will definately give it a go. After all - I'm not setting any hopes on it, it does not cost any money ... so what have I got to loose?

Will keep you all updated,

Just did a search on it and it threw up quite a few sites.  It seems to be an indian healing system.  Here's one of the links - I haven't read it properly yet:

I rememember an indian guy here in the UK who had healing powers and the ability to tell your future, past and present.

I never consulted him for money, it was just a 'gift' he had that he used for free on friends and acquaintances.

He told my mother a fair few facts about her teenage years which he could NEVER have known.  Her friend also has some spooky info from him which kind of freaked her a bit.

Anyway... he claimed to have a cure for P.  I wasn't having a flare up at the time, so never ever took any of this stuff.

He did warn me that dairy products would always make P worse.   (No.. I never gave them up).

He had many many photos of people he had 'cured', and the results were astounding I have to say.

But we all know 'cure'.. could just be 'send you into remission'.

I mean... Clinique powder cured mine .... for a week and a bit..!

It's worth a try.... and even if if does just send you into remission... that is a bonus.

Hope it goes well.
