My New Regime
« on: July 24, 2004, 03:03:16 PM »
Right, after reading all the threads lately, i am tweaking up my daily routine a bit by making a couple of minor additions:  so from now on i will be doing the following:

Probiotic capsule every day
Omega capsules every day
Loads of moisturising
Loads of water to drink
dead sea shower products, moisturiser and cleanser
more healthy eating - wholemeal bread and pasta - less red meat, more vegetables (try and steer clear of tomatoes and peppers etc)
Less tea and coffee

Next weekend im off on holiday and the sun is out - so it should be interesting to see how i do.

Good luck with that Elaine. I'm sure the sun will help too.

cheers = the only real alterations im making are the probiotics and less red meat.  Basically its reading a lot of Stewarts threads just made me decide to fine tune my regime a bit to see how it goes.

I had a flare up about 4 weeks ago. Everywhere, bar my lower legs, was actually clear! Then I got ill and it came back a bit  :-/

Anyway, I have been using Dead Sea Shower Gel and Dead Sea Body Lotion twice a day and my arms/elbows are all but clear again!

My lower leg patches are not as flakey as they were and certainly not red or itchy and are paling nicely.

I'm not saying these two products will clear me...but they have helped enormously. I am truly surprised!

So I'll go along with your Dead Sea stuff, Elaine and wish you all the best!

The Shower Gel and Body Lotion are the ones I use all the time - just recently started on the facial cleanser and moisturiser as well!  I'm sure that if the weather hadn't been so lousy lately I would have been clear weeks ago.

Well Im back from my holiday and to tell the truth I got a bit lazy about moisturising whilst I was off (although i did do extra sun cream etc) and drank more coke and fizzy drinks than I should, and ate a load of c**p.  But, the sun has made a definite difference - so now im at home - back to normal and should be good results soon.
