My skin is clearing on juice fast - the colour has gone and there has been a huge inprovement in the past 24 hours - i´m overjoyed.

Good Luck if you try this - I am virtually weeping with relief.

Why do you avoid chicken? Where do you get your protein from?

thats great news scabbydo! I did the same once for a week, and saw an improvement but stopped as I was losing too much weight. Please keep us posted, will be watching avidly!
