It's a dirty business. There is potential for infection. The fish spas look manky. If the fish ain't dirty then the people who use them are. Stay away. BOAK!

I had tried fish spa in turkey before and they charged like $45 for an hour and $35 for half an hour.

I was stood in the sea in Marmaris (Turkey) and the fish just swam up to me and started nibbling away at my pso! lol
I felt like a right ball of bait.....Just standing there and being eaten alive by sprats and kippers haha.
No need to go to a "fish spa", just standing in the sea will do the trick + you'll get a bonus from the sun and salt water.
Perhaps covering yourself in oil from a tin of sardines before you jump in will improve results...Though best to keep an eye out for sharks hahahaha.
