Feel for you!  Are doctors telling you to go ahead and use creams?  My derm did me when I last went, even though I was pregnant, she said it had no harmful effect on pregnant cows!!  Not the most useful of info!
What a shame getting P now!  Mine got better with pregnancy until a couple of weeks ago and I got a flare up but I think it is the change in hormones as the same happened before I found out I was pregnant but was, if you get me!
Just try and persevere and forget about being self conscious if you can, easier said than done I know! ;)

Hi - this might sound daft, but if you really think nappy changing is aggravating your P, have you thought about buying a box of disposal gloves from the chemist?  I have to use them for childminding and although I hate the idea of using them you soon get used to it.  You sound really fed up and I really hope you feel better soon.
