Hi.. im new to this so im a bit sceptical of your news.... thats not to say i don't believe you as i see you have posted alot but to wake up cured is a miracle...... i have had p for over 30 years and it would be great if it disappeared that quickly........ Ann xx
Ann - you were not the only one who was sceptical. I too have had chronic, persistant widespread p for 31 years (since age 3) requiring several long term stays in hospital (dating back to my teens) and involving a very recent bout of very severe erythroderic p that in all honestly hasn't settled down despite nearly 5 weeks in hospital followed by another a couple of days just recently (before I woke up clear).
......to update you I am now back to around 80% coverage, burning hot, scarlet red, cannot sleep/sit down or walk very well due to the pain, itching and burning. To say I'm thoroughly pi&*ed OFF is a bit of an understatement

....I'm sure you can relate

I don't believe in a cure (hence my never saying that)...anything for me is only ever a temporary remission (and always very temporary - like 24 hours max - even after a 16 week stay in hospital on one occasion).
Ho hum - it was nice whilst it lasted.... :'(
