Hi guys!

Very miserable at the moment as I am having a REALLY bad flare up at the moment..... Am I the only p sufferer in the world that the sun actually makes worse???

I have tried everything going since starting with p over 7 years ago (so there goes my 7 year cycle hopes LOL)... My dermotologist has all but given up on me now and I'm just using dovabet at the mo which isn't even touching it  

My mum has found a lady close by who sells a huge range of dead sea products, many of them specially for p and other skin conditions and she has very good feedback. They're not cheap but what natural p products are?! Anyway I have just started using the pso herba, alocado cream and dead sea water. Just wondered if anyone has used any of these products before? I'm also waiting on a delivery of dead sea salt and I'm especially interested to know if anyone has used the dead sea water or salt in their bath and had good results?

like you my p dosen't like the sun, i thought i was the only 1. I have 2 freinds with p and they are always on the sunbeds or sunbathing   . Use plenty of suncream before you go out! I haven't had any experience with dead sea salt sorry but i hope it give's you some relief x

you could look at the "psoriasis clinic" thread. 5 peeople have tried it on the USA forum and all 5 cleared. Just an idea if u r running out of options

I am using dead sea salts at the mo ... I do it like 2 or 3 times a week in a warm bath. After you come out of the bath the lesions MAY go redder, this is apparently normal ... but they do fade a lot the day after. You also have to give it time (But I am sure you have the sense to know that). Also, the salts have really made my skin less itchy, and although the lesions are getting smaller they haven't dissapeared ...

Sorry but that is all the info I can give you, I've only had P for a few months so I'm not so experienced yet ... but keep up hope! With perseverance you will find the product that makes you feel better!

my psoriasis doesnt like the sun  :-/ i got burned last year and all winter i have had a patch on my back that got burned and now its massive  :'(
