A friend just suggested I have a look at this Oxygen therapy.

I have run a search through PHO for oxygen or exoderm and returned no result.
I was also unable to find easily a UK site for this...

I would like to know what you guys think of it...

Another fad or something worth a try?

Thank you as always

Marie  ;)

PS:  Apologise for not running more searches on the net for this, but I dont have the time just right now...

PS 2 : link works now...for me...  ;)

Hi all, I'm v. interested in looking into this, but don't have time now until next week. On first impressions, I don't like the idea of throwing oxygen at psoriasis - it's known that some sources of oxygen (particularly peroxides) can be beneficial (indicated more for acne though), but they are harmful, unreliable and certainly not a cure. In contrast, I'm a firm believer in ANTI-oxidants (see the posts about curcumin and quercetin), those things that help undo the damage caused by oxygen, free-radicals and harmful chemicals. I would have thought that systemic oxygen is bad for the body in those kinds of doses. Personally, I would avoid - it's possible it would have long-term health implications, not to mention a fire hazard  ;)

Besides, who'd want to sleep next to someone with an oxygen tank by the bed, it'd be like sleeping next to ya granny  :o

Have a good weekend all.
