Thanks for your replies! I wish that I could always think of my p in this way, but it is virtually impossible when I wake up with a big red ring along my hairline! If only p showed any sort of consistency then maybe it would be a bit easier to live with! But in the mean time I'm going to carry on trying to rationalise it in some way. Maybe that will scare the p off... or maybe it will just help me to feel better about it.  ;) I guess we all have to find a way of coping with it, eh?
