With your coffee, add one teaspoon of coca (the raw bitter type ). Two cups a day over a couple of weeks should do the trick

They say that coffee and cocoa are both acidic (
more so if you add sugar and milk) and a high acidic diet certainly contributes to pain in the body.
So not sure about this one.

Many people see vast improvements in PA when they switch to a high or 100% Raw Vegan Diet (i.e.) lots of nutritionally dense alkaline foods.
So rather you than me on the coffee / cocoa drink.
