I moved this post to the Alternatives Board  - there are some other posts here relating to this diet ...do a search on these threads.

I'm three months in and it would be great to speak to someone who's been successful. I think I'm starting to see changes but I can't be sure.

I am just about to start this diet. Trouble is, I can't find the cook book anywhere, and, (call me un imaginative) but am at loss as to what to eat! Has anyone got any good recipies! What is a typical daily menu?

I've been doing this for five months now. I've lost the love handles and my scalp is less scaly but I've had no real progress
with it.
