I posted a plea for help on 12/10/06 and so far 30 odd people have read the post but no one has offered any help in any way!  There must be someone on this forum that can help me or even point me in the right direction.

Can you help please!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok I found it.

As for joint pain, gloucosamine is a mineral that is widely used for arthritic complaints so therefore good for swelling of the joints.

As for nail p, and I don't mean to be smart, but if we knew what would help it believe me then none of us would have it.   Nail p is the hardest p to get rid of.  I have it myself.  Eating the pumpkin seeds is a new one that we are trying out.  Personally I've used a few drops of my scalp lotion that is only available on prescription and can only be used minimally.

The best advice I can give you is to go to your gp to confirm its p you have and not a fungal infection.  fungal infections can make your fingers sore and am sure there are some that would make the joints swell if the infection is not looked after.

Hope this helps
