Provenance psoriasis and scaly skin cream

Has anyone heard about or tried this cream ?  Cant find any reviews at all ,supposed to slow the cell turnover with the ingredient Larrea divaricata.
Woman in my mag had some clearance using it after about a week.Price seems to be 15 -18 pounds
