I'll be taking it once I see I can't clear on diet & shakes alone. It is said that bioperine helps absorbing the curcumin, I wonder if it also helps to absorb the vitamin D..

that happens to me a lot,mainly grenn tho,only because i have a severe cattarh problem
yes it dose,curcumin derived from turmeric,was/is used as a clothe's dye,
not very water soluble,(human body having a large chunk of water in it},
if people cant avoid a western diet,then supplementation may? be the way to go,
i use curcumin with bioperine ( 1000mgs,or other }
take also Vitamin D3,( 1 x2000ius or 5000ius depending on season)
and eat fish,or use flaxseed oil capsule,which ever is availible,
and try and avoid c**p food,wherever possible
all the above at the same time,(allowing for age,BMI etc allowing bioperine to do its work with all,
good results,not totally clear,but then again, p is a chronic (for life) skin problem,
lol if you were just born and knowledgeable,eating fish curry with plenty of black pepper miight be the answer
