is this natural root based herb stuff any good at my wits end the way this PA is spreading and getting worse i can't get much relief ...looking for some help does any one no of a good body detoxifier that wont effect my congestive heart failure .....had PSoriasis for about two years and this has been a long road tried everything   mtheotrixate did'nt help creams  not much help  sprays.  ..
