re-usable ice packs
« on: April 04, 2004, 11:06:11 PM »
I have gone on and on about these but just in case someone has missed my rants :P when my PP was so bad I couldnt walk I discovered re-usable ice/hot packs made by nexcare..I say them specifically because theirs comes with a cotton washable cover with velcro so you can strap it on to feet, arms knees etc...I used to sleep with mine on.

They can also be heated in the microwave for pa pain or period pain...I should have shares in them, I use them for migraines and if the kids have a fever no damp flannels.

They cost about £5 but recently got one at sainsburys went thru as £1 and well I wasnt feeling honest...hehe

Hope someone gets some relief out of them, they were my life saver.

Chloe :)
