reflexology is to do with the feet being linked to everything and u can treat other parts of the body through them,

dunno how to explain better but google says:

Reflexology is a treatment which applies varying degrees of pressure to different parts of the body, commonly the hands and feet, in order to promote health and well-being. It is suggested that there are reflexes or zones running along the body and terminating in the hands or feet. All systems and organs are said to be reflected on to the hands or feet and by applying gentle pressure to specific areas of the hands or feet a change can be effected elsewhere in the body

I use reflexology on a regular basis to treat Bex - it helps relax her and she feels her joints benefit too.  To be fair I use massage, aromatherapy and reflexology on her, so it is difficult to tell which one does the most good - but the combo seems to suit her

Hello all  :)

I have recently come back from travelling and having had Reflexology in Thailand I was totally won over, not only is it relaxing but it really does get the whole body working better and flushes all the toxins out.

I have come back and decided to start a course which I started last week and it is sooo fascinating. I myself am still a little sceptical but who knows unless you give it a go!!

I live in Manchester and need some guinea pigs  ;) so if anyone wants to try it out for free I would be happy to work on your little tootsies and we will see if anything comes of it!!!

;D

I tried these recently and the area reflecting the colon drew the most materiel from the feet,I must admit I was suprised how dark the pads became over just that area.
