I regularly go for reflexology and they always say I have stomach problems - I don't feel like I have though. I just get a general going over on my feet.
I did once start a course of reflexology especially designed for psoriasis but I became so ill after the first treatment I stopped it. I totally believe in it.

PS - when I'm in Thailand - all I ever get are 2 hour Thai massages...boy do they feel goooood! Especially massage by the blind! WOW.
It just makes me all that more unique.

I tried these recently and the area reflecting the colon drew the most materiel from the feet,I must admit I was suprised how dark the pads became over just that area.

My Mum in Italy just told me about something she read re colonic irrigation and its ability to help p.....I'm thinking it wouldn't be bad to try it!

I believe all these treatments help in one way or another.

I am going for deep tissue massage at the moment.  It is the most painful thing I've ever had done to me but we are finding all sorts of knots in my muscles, even in places that I don't think cause me much pain.  I've had 4 so far and have stopped walking with a limp, constant pain down my leg and lower back - feel much better already  :)

This is what has been causing me all the pain, hopefully when we release all the knots and tension I'll feel a lot better.  I've also noticed my skin is improving with the massage.  I have cut out alcohol, drinking lots of water and eating good healthy food.

Well worth a try  8)
