Used to go for reiki. It was very relaxing but that was before p got bad.Come to think of it I stopped reiki just a couple of months before it got bad. Maybe should go back and try again.

I have been recieving reiki for about year and a half from a remarkable woman, really a healer.  I am almost cleared and feel 100% better in many ways... GO FOR IT!
I am also planning on taking a reiki class soon.

Hey Pags,

I tried Reiki once a couple of years ago and felt great afterwards - very chilled and rested. Can't say it helped my P at the time, but I guess more than one session is needed!

Give it a go and let us know how you get on.
Great news ladyd! ;)

Doing a course of treatments at the moment, very relaxing, early days though.
