I was thinking about doing it, please let me know how you get on and if it helps!  I do believe my P started after a very stressful time in my life, since then it is a lot better but everytime I get stressed it flairs up and takes much longer to settle down again.  Just wish it would go completely, have tried everything!!!

I am reiki II (send level of 3) which means i am fully able to heal but cannot teach it. I find it relaxes people. ANY form of spiritual healing is helpful. You may also like to try You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login the nationaal federation of spiritual healers, these guys are very well trained healers and have to do a few courses to qualify.

Reiki can be more hazardous cause there are a ot of amateurs out there who have trained at some dodgy schoolsomewhere, Tradtional Usui is best and someone who isnt too far down the ladder from him lineage wise.

Anyway good luck with it and I personally wouldnt recommend seeing your sister as if you have any "issues" with her (likely) it may well stop the healing working aswell as you wont relax.

If you're in london i can recommend a few around greenwich way.
