sea weed
« on: September 07, 2006, 11:36:06 AM »
Hi,
my mother has told me that she saw a documentary earlier this week on the success of a sea weed wrap / treatment that is done in Ireland.
I didn't see the programme but have just had another sore throat and guess what..? after only 5 weeks of nearly p free skin I am covered again in Guttate. :(
Did anyone out there see it and what do they think?

For the last few weeks i have been using a seaweed product Aalgo i have had  a little improvement in my condition but with lots of stress in my life at present it is taking longer than usual, i am going to purchase some more. I would urge you to try it, it is a natural product. Air dried wild atlantic seaweed.

I had a sea weed wrap about this time last year when I was in the middle of a major flare up of P/PA.

I can't say it did anything for my skin because it was in such a state but I did lose 9 inches (you get measured before and after) the girl said she had never known anyone lose from their elbows!!!!! Shows how much inflammation I had in my body, I guess.

Once the srap is on you body gets very hot, only mine seemed to be twice as hot because of the P, it was like someone puring very hot water over my body.  It does die down after a few minutes.  I felt really good after it for the rest of the day and had a great sleep that night.

I might consider it again now that my skin is on the mend.
