Hi, i'll eat my hat if it does...i mainly eat Japanese food as i lived in Japan for 10 years. I eat lots of seaweed, mainly Nori  seaweed in miso soup and kombu seaweed. It makes your hair lovely and shiney but does little or nothing for Psoriasis from my experience.

oh well i tried and it didn't work - i gave it a good couple of months so can't sat i didn't try! :(
going to start the diets now!

Sorry it did not work for you - you never know unless you try , at least you are looking for things instead of just sitting around moaning.  I tried loads of things after reading articles - but never give up trying, the positive attitude is a big plus in managing this condition

it made mine much worse and was a complete waste of money and it was tried for quite so time!
