Cool!  Bought some Rosehip, Jojoba and Grapeseed :)

Will switch between the three when having Dead Sea Salt baths :)

I have found that the dead sea salts and oils help keep the patches flat and flake free, but my psoriasis is still spreading after being partially cleared by UVB.

I am going to start UVB again next week, and this time have the sessions in the afternoon and have a soak in the bath straight after :)

Although having the Dead Sea Salts bath with some oil in it feels nice immediately afterwards, I don't think it is helping my psoriasis overall.

I have started Broadband UVB, so hopefully the mixture of everything will offer some relief.  I have also partially changed my diet and following BJs guide, so lets see how it goes.

I am guessing it will come straight back anyway, so I think I will consider MTX as the next step.

Dead Sea salts are an effective, natural treatment for psoriasis patients. For years, Dead Sea salt has been recognized as wonderful alternative therapy offering long-term relief with no side effects. Not to mention, bathing is a wonderful way to end the day!

I have changed everything i use that can contact my skin - my shower gel, my creams, even washing powders. The stuff I use now has no SLS's and other nasties in it, the soap is all natural, i even use soap nuts to do my laundry. I have also been using an aloe vera and proposlis cream recommended by a friend. The P cleared up in a month!
I don't think it's necessarily about putting more on, more about using less on your skin. Think about your cleaning products and even your household cleaning products (they still come in contact with your skin). I dont want to put details on the forum about what i actualy used, but get in touch if you like.

There are some very good natural and organic skin care products out there - Rhassoul Clay from Morocco is excellent. It's a clay that you mix with water or oil (or both) and use as a face mask and body scrub. Great for P. and most other skin complaints. You can get it from You are not allowed to view links. They also do a problem skin and anti-psoriasis formula with propolis cera, argan oil, moluccan nut oil etc etc.
