
Just come back from a weeks holiday to Tenerife, the weather was great, the food was excellent considering I'm on a strict nutrisional diet, and the only thing that has spoiled the whole thing was the flight!
Now I have to admit to being a little "larger than the average bear", but nothing too bad, but we flew with Thomas Cook, and on the way there I has to literally jam myself into the seat and also there was no room for my legs.
When i got off the plane my feet were so swollen. All my hard work with my alternative diet and supplements seemed ruined. My feet stayed swollen for the whole week and on the day we were coming home, I got quite hysterical as I couldn't cope with another four hour journey beeing rammed into a seat. Although we purchased extra legroom on the way back I still had to am my bottom into the seat!
Since returning I have severe bruising on my thigh and severe pain in my lower front right hip.
Does anyone else have problems with swelling and flying? Any alternative suggestions for helping?

Last year my holiday did me so much good and this year I feel cheated as I have come back feeling much worse than when I went!
