I've only had a few cigs in my lifetime, but had psoriasis since 4.

Don't remember smoking doing much either way for my p (it's about 14 years since I last gave up) although I do still have an occasional cigarette or cigar if I want one

I'm a sporadic smoker had psoriasis since very young so it isn't the cause and I haven't notice any change between periods of smoking and not smoking
