I've never smoked anything except a bit of loco weed back in my youth (I'm now 53).  However I was exposed to plenty of secondhand smoke when growing up since my father smoked like 100 ciggies per day.

I came down with severe PPP early last year.  Diet and supplements have both been effective in controlling it.

Started smoking at 14 and stopped at 29.

I had P patches from birth until two years ago (37), when I cleared with diet.

During the smoking era I smoked around 20 a day, sometimes more if drinking. The original fag end Lil!  ;D

Smoked weed only once or twice ever in my life – literally.

As far as I recall, smoking had absolutely no effect on my P directly.

Alcohol was a different matter all together though.

I started smoking probably around the age of 19 and quit Jan 4th of this year :).
I've smoked weed plenty when I was a teenager and still do to this day, without the use of tobacco. I believe it actually helped me quite a bit in kicking my smoking habit.

Cheers

I started smoking when I was about 15, got P when I was 18.
Since then I have been on and off the cigs, stopping for a few years at a time. It doesn't seem to have any impact on my P as it more or less the same when I am on or off them.
But my P has got worse over the years, but I think that is more to do with the progression of P  :(

I've had Psoriasis since I was around 15, and started smoking around 16.

I have quit once for about 9 months and didn't notice any difference.

I smoke about 10 -15 cigarettes a day.

I have been smoking since I was 13 [I am 40 now], I didn't develop P until I reached 30, by the time I was 34 almost 80% of my body was covered with P, I was so desperate to beat "the monster" I quit smoking [which I utterly enjoyed] for 2 years, sadly it made no difference to my P which just got worse.

I started taking The Barney Formula in May 2008 because I just couldn't cope with the negativity I was getting from medical personnel about my condition - by December 2008, whilst the "shadows" of where my P had been were still visable, I was well on the road to being P free - the raised, angry red patches were gone, the "snow showers" every time I changed my clothes were gone, the disgust I felt when I looked in the mirror was starting to fade and in March 2009, for the first time in eight years, I was able to wear a skirt to work! VICTORY AT LAST! And yes, I am still taking The Barney Formula and yes, thankfully, I am still P free.
