So I experimented...
« on: October 25, 2010, 11:08:49 PM »
Normally I use E45 as a moisturiser but I've been noticing recently with the new patch of psoriasis which covors my neck,  after I've applied the Dovonex cream that the E45 seems to do nothing to calm down the itching, so after searching on the net i found that Aloe Vera helps. Well the only thing I have in the cupboard this late at night is some after sun, I've just tried it right now as a temporary measure, until morning, since I really can't just sit all night with an icepack on my neck. It's relieved the itching a little bit.

I've also found on the internet that Aqueous (sp?) cream is meant to be more effective than E45.

You wouldn't believe i just put on an icxepack on it it feels hot to touch again.

If there are any other ways to help cool my skin down please tell me, asI'm willing to give anything a try the itching is torture :( I haven't had it this bad in a very long time.
An old newbie that pops back to the forum when I'm at my lowest a fantastic forum XD

Hi
Try putting your moisturiser in the fridge to chill it.
or try chilling the pillowcase.
