It's okay.

Did you meand Dr. Pagano's Diet?
There are a few threads on that one.

One is a diary thread from HappyDay which you might find helpful

Hang on - I'll just go and look for it ;)

Hi All,
I thought I would add this bit for those of us who may be interested in changing their lifestyles....
I heard from a good friend in Colorado yesterday, who is a P sufferer, hers was mostly on her palms, scalp and lightly started  on her back. Well, she started having problems with her blood sugars, has been having some stress from work, went to her gp and was told to lay off all refined foods, no white bread, pasta, white sugar, potatoes. basically all she eats is meats , eggs, and fruits and veggies. Wel, she lost weight immediately , but since being on this diet for 3 weeks, her p is all cleared on her hands, and is clearing on al of the other spots. Great stuff, eh?  :) :) I am going to start this after I get all of the sugary things out of the house, if I had to stop alcohol for my meds I am on now, I am willing to try this. I was alittle fearful about cereal for breakfast , but I think whole oats will be okay.
Take care all, Shar

Hi.  Funnily enough - I read about this sort of diet for psoriasis sufferes in a second hand copy of a book about the Hay diet.  I am trying it (only just started this week), but am not sure about giving up potatoes.  I am sticking to wholemeal bread and eating about the same as normal - no biccies or chocolate.  I AM ABSOLUTELY STARVING.
