No thanks, I am not interested in Earthing. Thanks anyway for the suggestion.

No problem.

Thanks for letting me know - I won't waste time trying to find the website and other details for you.

I tried the footwear and computer pads at a health expo and found it was great for reducing my through the roof stress. I felt soooo relaxed afterwards and almost floated around the expo for the next couple of hours.

Anyway, I look forward to reading more about your alternative PA experiment.
I don't suffer from insanity....I enjoy every minute of it!

I am stopping the Aleve (Naproxen) because of side effects (headaches and mood swings). To my surprise my wrists dont hurt anymore! Well actually it went back to the low grade inflammation I always have (but totally bearable without meds).

To remind people this is what I have been taking since the arthritis flare in my wrists started (in August):

-gluten free diet and lots of veggies/fruit, raw and some cooked, (mostly paleolithic diet)
-BF including home made yoghurt but not the peppermint
-glucosamine (4 weeks)
--curcumin (from Life Extension which claims superior absorption)

So either the remission is spontaneous and would have happened otherwise, or it's the supplements/diet I have been doing!

Glad you're getting some improvement mainly thanks to diet.

Thanks Scratchy, but it could also have been a spontaneous remission unrelated to diet. Spontaneous remissions are known to happen in psoriasis.

Lol, yes maybe, but I wouldn't be so harsh..one has to find hope somewhere.

Have you previously experienced a "spontaneous remission" ?

I have had a couple spontaneous remissions with psoriatic arthritis, but not with the skin.

Thanks for asking Colio, I am still fine, still off the anti inflammatory drugs. There is still some inflammation in my wrists and fingers but it's totally bearable without meds (I only feel something if I press on them). So I am continuing my regimen hoping to prevent any recurrence of pain or new episode.
do you have PA?
