It would definitely be a good idea to get properly diagnosed, it might not even be Psoriasis. You never know, it could be something that is easily treated and that doesn't come back.

Best of luck,
Daniel.

wether for p or any other reason, check your skin type,
check what type of p you have etc etc..

there is nothing wrong with sunbeds,if used in a responsible way,
if you find it helps p.use it,i'm lucky mine dose respond well to sunbeds or sunshine,

I used sunbeds a few years back, it was good for my skin and cleared my P.   Though I stopped because I was having to go more regular to keep it clear and I really didn't want a tan in winter plus had concerns about too much use with the effects of skin cancer.   I do know that some people aren't helped by the sun so sunbeds or UV treatment isn't for everyone. 8)

hi botx, same here i work outside (building site).the sun doesn't do it for me,it makes it worse plus can't find the right cream, everytime i think i found one it only takes 2to 3 weeks to react on me so i have to stop using it and try to find another one again.i give up.btw i found this spray called magicool (pharmacy, supermarkets) spray on where you itch, works instaintly.cost from £2.99 to 5.99.first time i used it,i've had the best sleep in ages.but it was getting expensive.the big bottle lasts me 2 days.google it they have the itchy skin one but you can only get it online,i've for it at boots superdrug supermarkets one got it.it's not a cure, just to give a break for a couple houres. cheers anyway so i'm not the only one that doesn't get on with sun maybe i'll try the moon.lol good luck
